Shoulder pain can arise from conditions such as rotator cuff tears, shoulder impingements and adhesive capsulitis. Untreated, these problems can continue for a long time and lead to greater deconditioning of the muscles around the shoulder and poorer everyday function. Our top tips for shoudler pain are: 1. When ever performing exercises, always start with low intensity and within comfort. Once you become confident with them you can work them muscles and joints harder.
